Abstract

Control Visible Magazine publishes articles that use data. Public policies formulated from data allow us to renew understanding of the problem of corruption. Data can be qualitative or quantitative, and is highly desirable to be collected with a method. Of course, the data collected is also subject to a renewal of theories that explain corrupt behavior. In this sense, we believe that at some point we must strengthen and frequently update the connection between contrasting theories and hypotheses surrounding corruption. It is for this reason that it is convenient to ask for help from different fields of knowledge in order to broaden our understanding of the problem of corruption. And each of the sciences will contribute its theories, methods, contrast its hypotheses and in this way we will increase the repertoire of solutions to test.
