Scope

Control Visible Journal is a medium for publishing research aimed at strengthening the culture of self-control in the management of public resources, transparency, and the formulation of policies and organizational models for the oversight of fiscal control and the fight against corruption. In this sense, it seeks to promote a critical and constructive dialogue with communities in territorial areas to encourage citizen participation in the social control of public management.

Objective

The objective is to disseminate knowledge on fiscal control issues, recognizing that public resources are tools to make citizens' rights effective, as well as the purposes and principles of the State. Additionally, it aims to contribute to finding solutions to the problems of fiscal control in social, legal, and financial realities, within local, regional, national, and international contexts. This publication is directed at academics, officials, decision-makers, and others interested in the control and oversight of public resources, with the ultimate goal of improving quality of life.

Periodicity

The journal is continuous publication. The electronic version is published in October, and the printed version in November. Each published article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).

Manuscript Submission

Articles are accepted continuously through the journal's platform (http://controlvisible.auditoria.gov.co/index.php/rcf/user/register). Manuscripts must comply with the Guidelines for Authors (http://controlvisible.auditoria.gov.co/index.php/rcf/about/submissions).

Upon submission, an acknowledgment of receipt is issued, indicating the maximum evaluation time, and emphasizing that the article should not be submitted to another editorial process while under review by the journal. The author must ensure the originality of the document. The journal does not charge any fees for any process.

The journal reserves the right to:

Publish the received articles in both printed and electronic media, with the intention of disseminating them to the general community and the national and international academic and scientific community. Request modifications and decide whether the material is published in full, in installments, or only as an excerpt. Introduce necessary formal modifications to adapt the text to the journal's norms and style.
