Author Biography

  • Carlos Hernán Rodríguez Becerra, Contraloría General de la República

    He studied law at the Universidad Santiago de Cali and specialized in constitutional law and administrative law at the Universidad Libre. She was a professor in administrative and constitutional law at the universities of Valle, San Buenaventura, Santiago de Cali and Javeriana.
