Control Visible Journal is an open-access publication freely available to all individuals and institutions. Additionally, it adheres to the definition of open access established in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI, 2002). This allows any person or institution to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, as well as crawl them for indexing, use them as data for software, or employ them for any other legal purpose. All of this is done without facing financial, legal, or technical barriers, beyond those inherent in accessing the Internet.

The use of part or all of the content published in Control Visible Journal must comply with the terms of the Creative Commons - Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International.

No Publication Fees

The journal provides no publication costs (no APCs) for authors or readers. Its open access is free and unrestricted for all its contents, in line with the democratization of knowledge enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

In this regard, Control Visible Journal follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative, meaning it does not charge fees for processing, publishing, or accessing its content. Users can, therefore, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without requiring prior permission from the editor or the author(s), provided they always cite the authorship and original source.

Copyright and Licensing:

The works published in Control Visible Journal are the property of their respective authors, who grant the journal the right of first publication.

Authors may include the works they publish in this journal on their personal websites, institutional or thematic repositories, as well as on academic and research social networks. For this, they must mention the initial publication in Control Visible Journal, as well as the Creative Commons - Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License under which their work is published in the journal.

By publishing on other websites or platforms, the number of citations of their works will increase. Therefore, the journal encourages authors to disseminate their works in accordance with the aforementioned terms.

Author Charges: The journal operates under the “diamond” open-access model, with no costs for publishing, reading, or accessing content for authors and readers.

Access: The journal provides free access to its contents without any costs or subscription requirements.

Advertising: The journal does not carry out any type of advertising on its website and requests authors to declare any conflicts of interest in the published articles.

Revenue Sources: The journal is fully funded by the Auditoría General de la República.
